| Preparation Information | Covered pan: Soak rice for 30 minutes. Pour soaked rice into boiling water. Afer rice starts to boil, stir gently and cover with lid. Cook on medium flame for 8-10 mins. Maintain cooked rice for 10-12 mins to rest in cooking pan. Microwave: Place in a microwaveable container. Adjust the setting for rice cooking. Allow rice to rest for a few minutes. For better results add 2 tsp vegetable oil just before cooking. |
