Tiptree Damson Preserve, 12 Ounce Jar

Tiptree Damson Preserve, 12 Ounce Jar

• Damson, also called the Damask plum, is a particular variety of plum ideal for those prefer a less sweet jam. It is sharp & fruity, with an oval shape, a smooth-textured yellow-green flesh, and skin from dark blue to indigo.
• We use traditional techniques including cooking the fruit in small batches using copper pans to make the highest consistent quality – each batch produces only 150 jars of product.
• Gluten free, made in a nut free factory, suitable for vegetarians.
