"What exactly is sublimation coating? Sublimation coating is a clear coating that converts almost any heat- and pressure-resistant material into a sublimation matrix. Sublimation coating is designed for digital printing, it allows for color fastness, good transfer, delicate patterns, and long-lasting colorfastness.
How to use: 1. Print your design onto your sublimation paper (mirror finish). 2. Apply a small amount of sublimation coating spray to the printed area of the T-shirt. Do not over-soak the T-shirt or it will feel stiff, turn yellow, and damage the fabric. 3. There are 3 ways to dry sublimation spray on cotton shirts. (1) Air dry. (2) Use a hair dryer. (3) Heat at 380-400°F for 5-10 seconds. 4. Press your design for 30-35 seconds, 380-400°F (medium to heavy pressure). It is best to wash again at room temperature 24 hours after dyeing. 5. Congratulations on your successful production with excellent color Warm Tips: ✔ We recommend a quick cycle in the washing machine before delivering the shirt to the customer or before use. ✔ We also recommend rubbing alcohol with hot water or spray after each use to prevent clogging. ✔ To prevent over freezing, we do not recommend opening after a long period of hot and humid environment"
