Namkeen Ratlami Sev

Chheda's - Namkeen Ratlami Sev Spicy Crunchy Crisps (176g / 2-Serving Pack)

Ignite your snack time with the legendary, tongue-tingling fire of Chheda's Namkeen Ratlami Sev! Bringing the world-famous, heritage-rich street food culture of Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) straight to your pantry, this intensely aromatic namkeen delivers a spectacular kick of heat and clove-infused depth. Whether you are looking for a high-energy crunchy pairing for your hot afternoon chai, trying to jazz up a homemade bhel puri or chaat plate, or hosting a gathering where only the boldest savory flavors will do, Chheda's delivers a flawless snack experience.
The magic behind these crispy, golden extruded noodles lies in their masterful flour and spice architecture. Crafted from a premium 50.5% gram flour (besan) and 10% moth flour base, the sev is fried to a light, incredibly brittle perfection that shatters satisfyingly with every bite. While ordinary bhujia relies on standard chili powders, authentic Ratlami Sev is defined by its deep spice complexity. Infused with real black pepper (0.8%), white chili powder (0.5%), and a proprietary 2.3% ground spice mix dominated by aromatic cloves, it treats your senses to an immediate savory rush followed by a warm, slow-burning finish.
Naturally rich in plant-based proteins and completely free from sugars, it is a fantastic, clean way to satisfy intense salty and spicy cravings. Packaged hygienically to guarantee maximum shelf freshness and a loud, satisfying crunch, this pack is ready to dominate your snack rotation. Add a bag of Chheda's Ratlami Sev to your Noon cart today and turn up the heat!
