Mokarana Raw Honey

It is quite common on the island to come across endemic and unidentified trees: such is the case of the Mokarana tree. This leads to a unique honey, creamy and deliciously perfumed with citrus fruit fresh touches. It is harvested in October in the Manakara region in the south-east of Madagascar.

• Storage: Store at room temperature. If crystallisation occurs, place jar in warm water.
