AWAFI MILL Sudanese Hibiscus Flowers, locally known as Karkadeh, are whole and naturally broken dried Roselle calyces from Hibiscus sabdariffa. Sourced from Sudan, they have a rich burgundy-red appearance and produce a vibrant ruby-red infusion with a bright tart, fruity and lightly citrusy flavour. Suitable for hot or iced Karkadeh, Bissap, fruit drinks, lemonade, syrups, jams, jellies and desserts. Packed without added colours, artificial flavours, fillers or preservatives.
