AWAFI MILL Dried Lime Slices 100g | Dehydrated Citrus Wheels | Tea and Drink Garnish

AWAFI MILL Dried Lime Slices are prepared from lime fruit cut into thin rounds and carefully dried to concentrate their natural citrus flavour. They feature a tangy, tart and slightly bitter taste with a refreshing citrus aroma. The slices retain the rind, dried pulp, inner membranes and occasional natural seeds, with colours ranging from greenish-yellow to golden or dark brown.

These versatile dried citrus slices are suitable for hot infusions, green and black tea blends, iced tea, infused water, sparkling water, mocktails, fruit drinks, syrups, desserts and beverage garnishes. Add 1–2 slices to a cup of hot water and steep for 5–8 minutes, or add them to cold drinks for a citrus aroma. They can also be used in selected sauces and cooking liquids. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight to help preserve their aroma and quality.
