AWAFI MILL Black Cardamom, traditionally known as Badi Elaichi, consists of whole dried capsules of Amomum subulatum. The large ribbed pods contain dark aromatic seeds and have a bold smoky, woody and earthy character. Suitable for biryani, pulao, curries, meat dishes, lentils, stews, gravies and homemade masala blends. Lightly crack the pod before cooking and remove the outer capsule before serving when preferred.
